This is the caucus for individuals interested in discussing LGBTQ+ experiences within EWB. Any and all are welcome, but the session will focus on lived experiences of LGBTQ+ people in the organisation. Our goal is to create an open and safe space for discussion around challenges and successes that LGBTQ+ individuals have experienced within EWB. That discussion will continue beyond conference and will ideally be used to inform any recommendations, if required, for how we as an organisation operate.
